How long do I have to wait for my order?
Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days, depending on the workload. Then the product is shipped, and delivery takes an average of 4 to 6 business days.

Can I return my order?
We offer a 30-day return period during which the customer can send back the package without giving a reason. The 30-day period starts from the moment the shipment is received. Please remember that the return must be made within 30 days.

I did not receive an order confirmation, what should I do?
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This message contains the order number (consisting of at least 5 digits), an order summary, and the delivery address.
Sometimes confirmation emails may end up in the spam or junk folder. Please check these folders carefully in your mailbox to ensure the confirmation hasn't been sent there.
If you have checked the spam folder, waited a while, and confirmed that you provided the correct email address, but still have not received the order confirmation, please contact our customer service department. Provide your order details, including your full name and order number. The customer service team will help you confirm the order status and resend the confirmation email if necessary.
