30-day easy return

General return information

  • Return period: You have 30 days from the date of receiving the order to return products.

  • Product condition: Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Easy returns: Returning a product is easy, and our customer service team is ready to assist you.

Return shipping costs

  • Defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product was delivered incorrectly, damaged in transit, or otherwise defective.

  • Change of mind: Actual return shipping costs are borne by the customer. This applies, for example, when the wrong product was ordered, the product does not fit, or is no longer needed. Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

How to return a product

  1. Contact us: Send an email to info@caomou.com , providing the order number and reason for the return.

  2. Receive instructions: You will receive a return authorization and detailed step-by-step instructions from us.

  3. Pack the product: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.

  4. Return label: The customer is responsible for purchasing the shipping label, printing it, and attaching it to the package.

  5. Return shipping: Send the package via the carrier specified in the return email.

Refund process

  • Check: Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return conditions.

  • Refund: After positive verification, the refund will be processed. Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited to the original payment method.

Non-returnable products
